ONU's Antkoviak, SAU's Miller Collect Women's T&F Weekly Honors For Second Time In 2024

CHICAGO --- Olivet Nazarene University's Hannah Antkoviak (Allegan, Mich.) and St. Ambrose University's Annah Miller (Manito, Ill.) each secured their second Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Indoor Track & Field Athlete of the Week honor for the 2024 campaign, the league office announced on Wednesday.

Antkoviak recorded four NAIA 'A' standard marks at the Grand Valley State University (Mich.) Big Meet Friday en route to CCAC Track Athlete of the Week accord.  Included was setting a new school mark in the 60-meter hurdles, where she clocked in at 8.58 seconds to place third overall out of 48 challengers.

The junior also was third out of 28 in the 400-meter dash with her 54.17-second time and fourth among 80 participants in the 200-meter dash, finishing in 24.65 seconds.

Antkoviak's best finish of the day came as part of ONU's 4x400-meter relay team, which crossed the finish line in 3 minutes, 44.95 seconds to place second among 17 teams.

Miller, meanwhile, gained her second CCAC Field Athlete of the Week recognition after winning the shot put event at SAU's own Tune Up on Saturday.  Her distance of 46 feet, ten inches was an 'A' standard mark.

Other Field Nominees: Aayla-Marie Adams (Judson), Kayla Mikottis (Olivet Nazarene).
