ONU's Antkoviak, SXU's Musa Set Records En Route To Women's Indoor T&F Weekly Recognition

CHICAGO --- Olivet Nazarene University's Hannah Antkoviak (Allegan, Mich.) and Saint Xavier University's Lana Musa (Orland Park, Ill.) set new school records on their way to earning Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Indoor Track & Field honors, respectively, which were announced on Thursday afternoon.

Antkoviak turned in the fastest time in the NAIA this year with her 1:31.96 mark in the 600-meter dash on a 200-meter track at ONU's own Invite last Friday.  That was made possible by her adjusted time of 1:30.85 for a 300-meter track.

The junior outperformed 17 other individuals in winning the race with her 'A' standard mark.

Musa, meanwhile, established Saint Xavier's new record in the pentathlon at St. Ambrose University's Fighting Bee Invitational, where she totaled 3,160 points for the No. 12 spot in the nation.  The senior sits just 400 points off the pace of the top NAIA mark.

Other Track Nominees: Gabbi Butler (St. Ambrose), Ana Mendoza Pineda (St. Francis), Josilyn Ballor (Judson), Alyssa Busker (Trinity Christian), Olivia Mathis (Saint Xavier).

Other Field Nominees: Annah Miller (St. Ambrose), Kayla Mikottis (Olivet Nazarene), Abigail Hoekzema (Trinity Christian).
