Holy Cross' Perry Named Men's Tennis Player of the Week

CHICAGO --- Holy Cross College's Perry Gregg (Chicago, Ill.) has been named the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's Tennis Player of the Week for the seven-day period ending March 24, the league office announced on Wednesday.

Perry captured each of his two matches at the No. 1 positions in a 7-0 victory over Cornerstone University (Mich.) on Friday.  The junior opened with a 6-2 doubles win with teammate Laurenz Flender and followed that up with a 6-3, 6-0 singles victory.

With the win, Holy Cross is 2-3 on the season.
