CHICAGO --- Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference women's cross country champion Olivet Nazarene University also came away toting the most all-academic choices for the sport when the league office announced its 2024 academic honor roll on Monday morning.  The Tiger program boasted a total of nine selections.

Claiming runner-up distinction was St. Ambrose University with its seven spots, followed by Governors State University and Viterbo University with six each.  The rest of the 43-member team included five representatives from both Saint Xavier University and University of St. Francis, four from Trinity Christian College and one from Judson University.

Eighteen of those honored made the squad one year ago, as well, broken up into eight repeat selections, seven three-time recipients, a pair of four-time choices and one individual who made the squad for the fifth year in a row.  There were also eight runners that turned in perfect 4.00 cumulative grade point averages.

To be nominated for the award, a student-athlete must have been enrolled at her respective CCAC school for a minimum of one academic year, have completed at least 30 semester hours and boast no less than a 3.25 cumulative grade point average.
