Top-Three Finish Earns Viterbo's Gerber WCC Runner of the Week Recognition

CHICAGO --- A top-three finish during the seven-day period between Sept. 9-15 has earned Viterbo University's Tori Gerber (Cameron, Wis.) Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week honors, the league office announced on Wednesday morning.

Gerber accomplished the feat among 78 runners at the Luther College (Iowa) All-American Invitational on Saturday.  The senior finished the 5K course in 19 minutes, 41 seconds.

As a squad, Viterbo placed third at the eight-team event.
