Strong Performance Nets Women's CC Weekly Honors For USF's Ramsey

CHICAGO --- A strong performance from University of St. Francis' Allison Ramsey (Oak Forest, Ill.) at the highly-competitive Live In Lou Classic on Saturday has earned the senior Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week honors, the league office announced on Wednesday.

Ramsey delivered a top 15 percent finish at the 32-team, 383-participant event, which included representation from NAIA and all three NCAA ranks.  She clocked in at 19:05.8, placing 56th overall.

As a team, USF recorded a 20th-place finish.
