Back-To-Back Women's Tennis Weekly Honors For ONU's Nieto

CHICAGO --- A 4-0 week during the seven-day period from March 24-30 has earned Olivet Nazarene University's Natasha Nieto (Caracas, Venezuela) her second consecutive Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week honor, the league office announced on Wednesday.

Nieto helped the Tigers go 2-0 as a team on the week by claiming a pair of wins at both No. 1 singles and doubles on Sunday.  She teamed up with Rafaela Luna for the latter victories.

In a 6-1 victory over Concordia University (Wis.), the senior won 6-2 in her doubles match and was leading 6-1 after the first set of her singles match before her opponent retired.  She then went on to win 6-0 (doubles) and 6-0, 6-3 (singles) in a 5-2 nod over University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

Olivet Nazarene is now 3-4 on the campaign.
