ONU's Nieto Claims Women's Tennis Weekly Honors

CHICAGO --- Producing a 2-0 record during the seven-day period ending March 23, Olivet Nazarene University's Natasha Nieto (Caracas, Venezuela) has claimed Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week honors.  The league office made the announcement on Wednesday.

Nieto captured both of her matches on Saturday in a 4-3 team win over Indiana Institute of Technology.  The senior's first victory came in a 7-5 win at No. 2 doubles with teammate Chieh-Yu Chen.  Nieto then went on to win 6-0, 6-3 at No. 1 singles.

The win was the first of the season for ONU, which is now 1-3 on the campaign.
