Top 5 Finish Leads To Women's Golf Weekly Honors For SAU's Lytle

CHICAGO --- Registering a Top 5 finish during the seven-day period ending April 20, St. Ambrose University's Amara Lytle (Cedar Falls, Iowa) has been honored as the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Golfer of the Week.  The league office made the announcement on Wednesday.

Lytle opened the week with an 89 last Tuesday at the Mount Mercy University (Iowa) Spring Invitational before taking ten strokes off that mark with her 79 last Wednesday to finish at 168 over the two days.  That placed the senior fifth among a field of 30 golfers.

As a team, the Fighting Bees registered a fourth-place effort out of five squads.
